Thanks.
I would say the absence of total misery and defeat. Wanting to die bc I couldn't get a single day sober. That's gone. I want to live.
The obsession is gone.
I have busted my tail to get here. 90 AA meetings in 90 days? More like 230 in 90 days. I just decided to grown up and quit. I had finally had enough and I am done.

Everything is different, and while still somewhat difficult, the poison is no longer added to make things damn near impossible nor bad to the enth degree.
Thank you.
Jules

The best part is that we really can. Anyone can. Not easy but entirely worth it.
It feels exceptional to feel worthy of anything again.
Glad to be out if the pit!
