Just feeling blah, trying not to be glum. Felt physically ill this morning, and wouldn't you know the first thought "This is like a hangover, and I didn't even drink" . Argh.......stuck in my head.

Yeah, I've been there before and this was my eventual downfall...I thought, "Well, if I'm going to feel like crap anyway, why not drink?" Don't fall for it! Day 19 is great! Keep the sober train rolling forward.

That's really bizarre - I felt exactly the same on day 19 also. So much so that I actually wrote it in a wee diary that I've been keeping. Felt very similar to a hangover.

The good news is that it does get better - a lot better. Just need to stick it out!
