I still not sober but that's the aim I had such a bad week I can't take anymore, I need a a friend talk to

Welcome. This place saved my life.

Ime...getting over the physical addiction was hard, but dealing with mental reshaping has been a living hell.

Dealing w the world clean is amazing now, but for a long long long time I suffered mental anguish that brought me to my knees in tears.

That is part of why so many folks end up relapsing or on meds.

I am a loner by nature and come here to find some interaction about booze.

Get clean, hydrate, exercise, eat healthy, find new hobbies, and stay clean.

Unlearn drinking, it is not natural to be in a drunken stupor or hungover.

Welcome to SR👋 I had a very similar experience with this site the first time I tried to get sober. I'm so happy that I joined this time around. Good luck!

I've had a few bad weeks recently. The ones where I haven't got drunk over it have been easier to handle though.
