6 days in, doing well...

Almost a week since I stopped and things are going well. Did one meeting Tuesday night and doing another today. Hoping for a positive outcome on a few different levels. Have a nice night every one!

That's great, Ramius! I'm right at about the same point myself, and it's hard, but I know it'll be worth it. You can keep going.

The meetings are interesting. Lots of stories I can relate to. My girlfriends brother got married yesterday. So the rehearsal dinner and the reception were a little difficult. Just an abundance of alcohol. I didn't have any issues but it was a bit awkward. Today my gf works 2nd shift so I'll be alone for football games. Could be tempting but not worth the risk. Overall things are going great and I feel great. I just have some serious legal issues hanging over my head which are my main concern, so maybe that is keeping my mind occupied and away from alcohol. One day at a time.
