Thank you Gilmer and Sao, feel calmer today. This place is def kind of rotten but i know that maybe i have some responsibility on this. probably I'm better off looking somewhere else there are some pro and cons.
also this job involves a lot drinking and people always asking why you are not drinking blah blah blah
