Day 9. Felt sad. Couldn't shake it. It's still with me. I would have ordered a beer then another one tonight but we ended up at a restaurant that didn't have any. I hate feelings. I like the good ones actually.

Early on I had significant mood swings! Still struggling with them at times, but they really are just a moment. Plan some happy thoughts to use when you feel down or a favorite song to get stuck in your head for awhile.
