When will I feel comfortable?
 

I had a 2 week long binge of consisting of drinking every day and fast food. Im up 12 lbs. On day two. When will tbis feeling of bloating subside. I am guessing some is water weight and should alleviate in the next few weeks or is perament damage? That seems like an awful lot considering the timeframe is so short. It is also really depressing and a trigger for me considering I spent earlier this zummer working hard to lose even 5 lbs and now im 15 above that is less than a month??? Any encouragement?

Day two? Be patient.

It gets better - the first week or ten days is always hard, as your body is freaking out.
Then things start to calm down a bit

Yeah, patience is the key here. It might take awhile to lose 12 lbs, but if you stay focused on sobriety, healthy eating and exercise, you will likely reach your goal weight.

Day two for me was still deep in the bowels of Hell.
I hope you'll start to feel a little better by the end of the week, babescake :)
