Hey Endoftheday. 4 weeks! First time I've done this without antabuse. We're doing a great job. Been some pretty challenging stuff going on but slowly learning to manage it without booze. I hope you are feeling as good as I am just now!!

Hi Gabe , yes feeling great today , so pleased I have got to the 4 week mark again after my slip up .
4 weeks and 1 day , keep going Gabe we are doing great !!!!

Hey Endoftheday. Yeah, great job pulling it back so quickly after your slip. Its so easy just to fall back into drinking. I'm imagining how good 6 months sober will feel!

Hi Gabe , good day for me , not working today so a relaxing day really , nice day here in Nottinghamshire .
Friday tomorrow which means 5 weeks is close!!!!

Been to see a few friends tonight it has been difficult as they was drinking but I have been on the soft drinks!

Hey Endoftheday. Today's been Ok. Good for you, its a difficult one socialising with people when they are drinking. I'm trying not to isolate but not put myself in situations that are too challenging either. Nightmare! Glad you stuck to the soft drinks.

Hi Gabe , yes only had soft drinks , back to a stressful day for me but not drinking , looking forward to hitting the 5 week mark on Monday , keep going we are doing fantastic !!!!!!!!!!!!

5 weeks seemed like the stuff of dreams on day 1!! Having a run of really stressful stuff but still not picking up a drink. We are doing an awesome job Endoftheday. Stress is just stress not an excuse anymore! 😉

Yeah, quite good thanks. A nice Sunday! Seem to manage everything far better so long as I exercise. Never thought I'd be getting fit!! Enjoy the rest of your night.
