Well done Chilledice, I'm on day 74 myself. Feels good to get this far doesn't it. We still need to watch out for the AV. I was doing great, no bad cravings and then bam! A real strong desire to drink at the weekend. Had the usual thoughts of "I have done 10 weeks now I don't have a problem." Kept myself busy and they went away. I keep reminding myself of how terrible I will feel if I do drink. No more day ones for me (I hope).

Stay strong and watch out for that sneaky AV. 👍

Alcohol has contributed to completely destroying my mental health....ain't no way that A.V is gonna drag me back!

Congrats on 74 days, let's never go back
