I just took that long needed shower, couldn't believe the dirt that came off me so from now on I will make it my daily routine, trying to get normality back.

Mental health team visiting on the 4th, not sure if their a crisis team or whatever, not sure what will happen from that point forward.

Still so exhausted but I'm here and I'm sober.

Good for you! I bet it feels good to have all that dirt gone. It's great to hear you're still sober. I sincerely hope that the mental health team can help!

Was shaking like a leaf but I knew I had to get SOME normality back in my life if I wish to recover.

Had to reaaaaally scrub as well lol

Feel fresher, tired but fresh skin at least.

I remember when I suffered from severe major depression it felt next to impossible to drag myself into a shower. So it's a big step forward. Keep it on.

I can remember on a number of occasions, after binges, having a shower and seeing all the filth flow down the plughole. Like you I have made a daily shower/grooming part of my recovery plan.
