Day 64 and life as i had known
 

with alcohol is becoming a distant memory. I am starting to sleep better, feeling rested in the morning, rather than waking up like I never slept with a headache, groggy and just plain yuck that I experienced in my early recovery. Still have some strange dreams, lately with people from my past. Noticed this more now I am in recovery mode. Before I use to just pass out. I am starting to think about my life before the demon. If I could turn back time...oh boy would I have done everything different even with all the turmoil I went through growing up . Oh well....at least I got this now. It is never too late. Just wanted to post today.

Being posting alot lately about my resentments. It is great to be able to vent and deal w our mental issues.

As the fog of booze lifts our mind is freed to deal w all those emotions booze smothered.
