The dust is settling and I think everything is going to be okay. This last week was brutal, but guess what? I didn't drink! 1 week!

So, your sober car got a flat tyre on your recovery road. Do you just leave the car on the side of the road and think- bugger! I have t6o go allll the way back to the place where I started? NO! So you slipped, get over it and move on. I year is awesome. Do not let the relapse wipe out all that effort, it is not a linear , 2 dimensional journey. **** happens. Support to you.

Hang in here through the coming days, lots of support here. Sometimes it's better to let it all out, cry out, scream it out, run it out, better out than in. Glad you didn't drink and kept coming back.
