I'm currently 'Idle' at my home office and was thinking about the 'why of the way I started drinking/thinking?' Sometimes I really hate this recovery thing when thoughts like this occur.."nothing a drink won't fix". Was my old thinking..Now I'm faced with the "why's" of it all and trying to piece it together without that crutch. Of course I know it's my AV trying to slip in since I have only drank once in 9 months now and life is starting to be 'good/happy' again.. 100% more 'balanced'!

Anyways...I'm going to a meeting within the hour and haven't been in a while. Again...I'm NOT planning or going to drink.. Hope everyone is well and thanks reading my rant.

i find it crazy how many times the answers are so simple.

i'd say as a collective group here, we excel at over-thinking, mensa's got nuthin' on us. and we dedicate ourselves to finding the most complex answer possible- not because of the size of our IQ, but because we can't bear to face the simple one.
