So last night a good friend and colleague had her leaving drinks after work. I had offered to drive her home so this was helpful. Some people were on soft drinks as they were also going to be driving home. My friend and 2 others shared 1 bottle of wine the whole night...yes...just 1 bottle. Having soft drinks or sharing 1 bottle of wine appeared so 'normal' to those present and I realised that had I been drinking, the quantity and the rate would have meant I'd have stood out like a sore thumb...but I know I would not have realised this!!!! I have to say it felt totally bizarre to order a cappuccino in a pub...but it's what I wanted so I did lol

So this morning instead of being hungover and anxious...I woke after a restful nights sleep, made my Reflexology appointment and did some Yoga this afternoon.

83 days and going strong. Happy sober weekend peeps 💜
