2 litres of tango

Just had two litres of tango in the space of an hour, shaking like a leaf, it's pushed the anxiety through the roof, won't be doing THAT again!

P.S Tango is a soft drink just incase anyone wondered lol

Easy on those soft drinks, Chilled.

They contain lots of sugar, and sugar does promote anxiety.

Pure water is a much better dancing partner)

Hope you are feeling better.

I have found now that I don't drink alcohol I cannot handle as much caffeine as I used to consume. I love multiple cups of coffee in the morning but have had to really cut back.
