Day 5

Day 5 and committed to an alcohol free life. I've had more false starts than I care to remember so I am focusing right now on one day at a time. I've been very tired this week but am already feeling the health benefits of life without drinking and I am feeling very accomplished. I know there will be challenging times but I am going to do everything I can to stay the course!

Now that you're becoming serious, I hope you succeed 100%. If you do have any slips (which are normal and make us human), take those just as seriously. Make them fewer and further between.
