Everyday for 4/5 days. Then quit for a week or two or sometimes 3. Then back to the bottles of wine to fill the voids of H.A.L.T.

Pretty much every day for 5 or 6 days straight. I'd usually be able to do 1 or 2 days a week without drinking, feel good and then go right back on a several day Bender.

Culture

Mostly every 2-3 days, but dependent on who I was socialising with.

Not unknown to go on week long binges if I was with the party animal friends.

I drank wine daily. I work from home and travel often so no one really knew how much wine I was consuming (at least I think no one knew.) I'd often start drinking wine by noon...

The last few years it was more long binge after a period of abstinence so I checked other.

Bottle of wine + some beer every single day. I don't think I've had a day without drinking. It makes me sick when I think about it now...

Started off on wine only; I would drink a 5L box in about a week, week and a half. I thought it was ok since I was JUST drinking wine.

Then I'd make frequent stops at the beer distributor around the corner from my apt (that's rly tough right now lemme tell you) and then the last three weeks before I decided to stop I was downing a handle of hard liquor in 4-5 days or less and would have to go to the liquor store at least twice a week. Got to the point where I was almost forcing myself to drink even tho I didn't really want to?

Hungover at work everyday, looked like **** and couldn't function. I definitely don't miss any of that.

I'd drink 18-30 cans of beer every day like clockwork, pretty much no exceptions at all. I'd drink until I ran out, and then I'd walk to the store to buy more.

Everyday, with days off sprinkled here or there in my attempts to control it.

I would have a bottle of wine two or three times during week, then Friday and Saturday probably lots of wine I would lose count, hopefully now behind me x

6-8 beers every night (more on the weekends), along with the occasion half bottle of wine after the beer ran out.

I also have been all of those. The most recent before I quit was weekends only, and sometimes not that. BUT.... this was only because my husband didn't allow drinking in the house. At least not in front of him.

I sure made up for it though when I had the chance to drink.

I binge drank every Fri and Sat night (and the occasional weeknight) out partying at bars (and taking other substances when available) until I met my future husband.

Then I began drinking with him every evening.

Somewhere along the line that turned to drinking by myself every day whether he was around or not.

The last few years, I tried cutting back, making a plan to stay stopped during the week and only drink on Thur, Fri and Sat. But I believed this way of cutting back caused me to get "too drunk" on the days when I did imbibe, so I just went back to drinking every day again. Crazy!
