Don't put off tomorrow what you can
do today. Even learning how to remain
sober or clean.

Ask yourself, How in the world am I
suppose to deal with everyday life and
everything that it throws at me, if I don't
know how to stay sober a day at a time?

How in the world am I suppose to keep
a job if I'm drunk or high all the time?

What about holding on to a boyfriend,
girlfriend, wife, husband, kids, family
if I'm deep into my addiction and don't
know how to dig myself out of this insanity?

Jobs, school, careers, family, relationships,
anything and everything that means the
world to us, that gives us a foundation to
live our lives upon if we are always so sick
in our addiction.

We can't get off this merry go round
that never ends, never stops.

Nothing is gonna make sense until we
get into some sort of recovery program.


There is a wealth of knowledge, help,
available to everyone of you seeking
help and relief from addiction, those
demons that got their claws in you
and taking you down that deep dark
hole of sickness and despair.

Know one ever has to die from addiction
because help is there for the asking and
grabbing today.

We have to learn in order to live.

Again, ask yourself, how in the world
am I suppose to deal with everyday life
and all that comes with it if I'm not sober
or addiction free?

Just some food for thought or share
if you can shed some light to help a
fellow member looking for answers
and help, guiding them with understanding,
and care.
