Good day one and all
 

Today is day 30 Of my new sober life!!
And I have to say that in all honesty it was the hardest day yet. My body is vibrating and my mouth is watering. Is this normal. I know my body is changing along with my mind, the reality of being awake in the mind for the first time in MANY years is a far different feeling then I recall LOL.
I would appreciate any help at all thanks. I look forward to meeting some new sober friends.

Masonman, keep going my friend it will get easier. After the first month things got much easier for me. Well done!!!
