I try and stay away from negative or anything that brings me down during my recovery. For me looking forward, staying positive, and not being reminded of my past with drinking in any form is the best. Some people like to be reminded of what they went through as a way of healing I guess. Not me. Watching videos of what is happening to alcoholics or worse (death) is not productive IMO. I think most of us know what we have done to our bodies, and really just want to stay focused on the positive as much as possible. I appreciate your view on posting links for us to watch, but for me I pass.

Cheers!

i used to down it like that at times, what i was utterly gobsmacked at was he was INCHES away from death and survived and his face went back to normal colour......and he STILL drank for a bit after that!

This beast doesn't let up when it starts!

Hate the vile stuff!
