Just FOUR more days until I see my therapist!.....can't come quick enough!

Im skyping with him at midnight my time due to him being in canada, I best stock up on coffee!

Make sure you have enough sleep, though, Chilled. Too much coffee can add up to anxiety - been there. Well , still there0
