Omg I thought I had started drinking again
 

Woke up from a dream and it was so real, took me a few minutes to realise I was dreaming, scared the life out me

That's VERY common in early sobriety, heck even decades into sobriety people get those dreams :)

I remember having dreams like this when I have up smoking, they are horrible!
Such a relief when u realise it's just a dream....

i, too, had a drinking dream last night. it was a lovely dream, until i woke up and, like you, thought i had started drinking. i'm relieved it was just a dream, but today i'm really wanting a drink! i have to ride this out.

First thing I thought was omg what have I done, and then that feeling of dread, its made me think the opposite I dont want it in my life EVER
