Had major craving on Day 5
 

Thought that I was going to cave tonight on Day 5 despite calling someone. I sat awhile with the urge and then went out and ate a Big Mac and large fries and soon the urge was gone. I told myself that possibly gaining a pound is far better than going down the road of despair and withdrawal.

I'm going to AA meetings daily. Currently looking for a sponsor to start working the steps with. I'm currently reading the book "Recover" by Stanton Peele, which is giving me some helpful adjunct suggestions.
