Ugh......Me too. Talk about having priority issues. Man, alcohol really has a way of disrupting quality of life on so many levels.
Great job getting two days under your belt, you will start to feel a little better/stronger each day.
A few good threads are the monthly classes, you should join August, everyone there has committed or recommitted to sobriety. Also, join us in the 24 hour thread, you will find an incredibly supportive group, and you can commit to remaining sober for the next 24 hours.
Keep up the great work!

Good morning everyone the start of day 3 started with a morning walk now I'm having a cup of coffee. I'm sure it's going to take awhile before my heart gets back to normal a fib I knew the beer was doing it or at least triggering it like an idiot I keep on drinking . Well anyway here's to a sober day to all .

Thanks Dee I plan to when I was here the last few times I would post here and there and I usually ended up drinking again.Well this time I post when it hits I do feel different this time in the last 4 days I see improvement lost 4 lbs not water either that was more like 10 lbs lol. I like getting up and going to bed with a clear head I have tons of support ,but I really like drinking a cup of coffee watching the sun come up or drinking a coke or eating lunch when i'm hungry not starving so i'll drink that afternoon.
