I am heading into day 47 and have a question...
 

it was mentioned that Vitamin B is a good Vitamin to take. I am taking Multi-vitamins, but read somewhere that I should also be taking a Vitamin B complex. I went to the store today to grab some BUT there are all different kinds of Vitamin B complex! Would anyone happen to know which one for recovering alcoholics? I was too embarrassed to go up to the pharmacist to ask. :-(

I can't advise you, but B-12 is pretty popular. And effective.

I do take a Vitamin B complex, but it is one that I talked to my dr about. I do believe that Vitamin B is helpful to me, but you never know how you might react to something new.
