Really breaking down.
Well I journalled today. Did some breathing exercises. Had a nap. And made some veggie nachos. I still have a headache and my jaw hurts from clenching. But overall I am hopeful. Tomorrow is another day and a new chance for happiness. I am going to sleep well tonight. After I have a bath. A bath is therapy to me. I imagine as I am soaking and washing that I am washing away all the pain and bad thoughts. And when I get out and pull the drain plug all of it gets washed down the drain. I'm silly but it seems to help me. Thank you for the company today everyone. Sleep well.
