What is with giving up at day 5?
 

Made it to day 5.. now drinking.

Had written a list of pros vs cons of drinking.. cons were huge and pros were only at 1 .. had been listening to youtube videos from an anti drinking channel .. thought i was onto something .. thought this was it..

This has happened before .. day 5. Had written myself notes about this if it happened .. read them but still could not convince myself not to drink.

I used to watch documentaries about alcoholism etc and for me it was a trigger to drinking....maybe something to consider? :)
