2 weeks sober!!!!
 

Hey SR friends, ive made it to 2 weeks with zero issues! However i did just watch a trashy reality programme & really noticed how many people were drinking wine!

Im off out tonight to meet a close friend for dinner...no worries about it though as i wouldnt normally drink as its too much of a faff to get home.
Had a brutal spinning class this morn, but it was great to get a good sweat on!

Booze bloat has gone too & I have my 1st addiction therapy session tomo!!

Yes...Nice job Lou! Funny I eat almost nothing & I have a oversized gut (sorry you had to hear that) But it's all booze! It just bloats me to no end. I was @ 6 weeks (relapsed) & lost 18 pounds & was eating more. Some of the positives from not drinking! Stay tough.
