I'm at about 40 days too (I don't track days really). What positive changes have you noticed?

Hi Iron horse, congrats to you! - So far have noticed that I look healthier, feel healthier, sleep somewhat better, and more positive. I had been drinking 40 years ( mostly binge weekends - wine). I still feel pretty tired most of the time, and I have my moments of emotion. I have experienced the loss of my furbaby recently and having a very emotional time with grieving her. I am still going strong through it all and find every day a bit better. Hope this helps
