Day 5
Today marks the longest I've been truly alcohol free in...well god knows when. Dealing with a little guilt as I cancelled a girls weekend to my beach house due to knowing I wouldn't be able to be around all the drinking without participating. Just trying to focus on all the positives...no headaches, sleeping better....but still just wishing this weekend could have been different.

When you wake up you should be one week sober, and each day you add is the longest you have been sober, that's a pretty awesome feeling! Hope you are enjoying your weekend with family, and your birthday!
