Cant wait until sleep pattern goes back to normal
 

I seem to stay up late and get up late, although i have had problems sleeping properly for about 6 yrs now, hopefully it will get better, have a great day everyone

Snap, off work at the moment, so that's ok - but have to sort it out before I get back.

Its a pain, sometimes I take herbal sleeping tabs that I can buy from the pharmacist, but have tried to cut right down, as taking them to sleep then coffee to wake up omg not good, hopefully sleep will come normally again

Me too, but tired like Ive never been tired! Lots of naps. Healing, I suppose....Have a great day!
