HI It's only been the past few days that my head feels "normal" but after about a week I started to feel better. I still have hard moments, but AA is helping with that. Guilt is a big trigger for me.

Sorry ! Answered below! Weight was immediate, which was nice, My eyes clearing took about a week to stop being puffy all the time.
