Hey Susie,
I'm still very tired most of the time, and have been taking a LOT of naps.
I also still have my anxiety issues, which I am addressing.
BUT, I am clear headed when I am awake. And it's not a strain to think and make decisions, like it is when I'm hung over.
Not having a hangover in the morning is awesome.
Congrats on 5 days Susie!
We can do this.

Thanks Houdheart for your reply.
Last night I couldn't get to sleep until about 2am but then I slept solidly until 9am. IT used to be the other way around when I was drinking - go to sleep early about 9pm and then wake between 6-7am but this was disturbed sleep. My sleeping pattern just needs to balance out a bit. I am already clear-headed but like you the stress and anxiety I need to work on. I find I am a lot more patient as well. I really hope the positives carry on so this journey can be worthwhile.
Good luck to you X
