Love listening to audio, of AA speakers

I havent laughed so much for a long time, or felt such connection about this illness for a very long time, but listening to these audio things Berry B posted for me (thank you) fantastic as they say things and put things in my kind of Language, I remember when I first went to AA yrs ago, my sponsor lent me a cd of AA talking and I managed to not drink for 6 months, longest I have ever gone, but each night I used to get into bed say my prayers ( I am a catholic) put my headphones on and just lay back and listen, they brought me comfort, and listening to these again I feel comfort once more.

I usually listen to at least one a day and they are very helpful. Lots of great content on youtube from others as well.

good on ya, mummy!!
imo, the most inspiring talk ive heard is Lyle P- He was the first commercial pilot ever arrested and sent to prison for flying drunk.
this after both parents died from alcoholism.

a completely remarkable story of what the program in action can do for a person.
