Hi

Hello people

Aw man! Hot weather and physical hard work - the number one trigger.

I did 15 months... There is no tapering back to being a drunk - it's straight into drinking yourself to death.

The thing is it's worse than when I quit, because now I have a raging anger when I drink that has already caused me trouble (twice).

Anyway - I'm not drinking now. I did 6 sessions (3 very heavy, 2 just drunk, and 1 maintenance drinking). Total about 60 units. So I'm going to have to go through all the withdrawal stuff.

I have not managed a full day yet, but I think I'll get back into being sober. Forums are a great helper.
