I'm working on it too. We need some struggle to get through this, but it's worth it. I've felt it. I miss it, and every day I don't drink, I gain more power, even if I feel crap in the beginning.

No one 'needs' the sauce.

Not been at this stage for the last 4 months

I'm ok, I'm following advice from previous posts and actioning it
