Revelation?

I'm not sure if this is a revelation or a confirmation. I worked all weekend (Monday a holiday where I live) and I didnt much think about drinking. I guess this technique would work with a lot of different activities that kept me busy. I wont say all as some activities trigger me. Anyway interesting result.

I think keeping occupied is a great tool - but noone can keep occupied all day everyday so it's important to develop a strategy for those quiet times too :)

I find that if I do activities I truely enjoy and I feel good about myself I don't think of drinking. Only having a nice glass of cool water and a good meal. Ahhah!

Good point. Up until now I've been on SR on the quiet times :) Definitely need to find some others though.
