It is10.05pm. 24 July. (Australia) The first night without a drink
I have been drinking 1 to 2 bottles of wine a night for years. Last year I stopped for 50 days. I didn't know this forum existed but googled ...do alcoholics itch..and I ended up here.

I want to be sober every day. I want to stop drinking. I don't want to die. HELP please
