Day 10!

I've hit double digits! Woo hoo!

I have woken up with a nasty headache multiple times since I stopped drinking? Does anyone know what that's about? I've been drinking a lot more water than I was previously so I don't think it could be dehydration.

Great Michelle! Now keep going. I also had heachaches for the first few days (not like migraine or anything real bad) and I am sure it will go away soon.

I had all sorts of weird things the first few weeks sober - waking up feeling a bit hungover, random headaches and some days like I was having a mild flu or a cold. It'll pass.

Congrats Michelle :)
I had daily headaches for a while - a couple of weeks - so I hope you're coming to the end of that phase now.

Of course if you're concerned see your Doctor :)

Headaches.....yep part of the beginning. I thought mine would never stop, but then one day ....no headache! It's part of the healing. It wasn't so hard to endure knowing that it was a sign of my body healing, and knowing they wouldn't last forever! Stay strong!
