I cannot reply to folk
God knows why.but hey.. i have read so many posts n chats.. and i relate i really do. I am so lost right now! I really am. Iv destroyed relationships. But i want to sacs em... its so hard. But ya what? I wasnt to blame this time. He did something wrong. Not me. How can i cope.

I know it's hard not to focus on others, but I really think your priority now needs to be you and your recovery.
Drinking over whatever happened won't get you anywhere, but staying sober just might?

Drinking makes us think the worst. I convinced myself once that I had breast cancer and I was going to cut it out myself with a kitchen knife. Please don't let your thoughts take over. It's not the real you thinking.
