What exactly is club soda? I hear of it all the time but I don't think we have it here in the uk.

It is very much like sparkling water with a bit more carbonization, I think.

Water with lemon all day. Then maybe a few glasses of Arizona green tea. On splurge days, I'll have a Goya Jamaican Ginger Beer (it's a soda). Trying to keep the sugar down, as it seems like I'm gaining weight by just looking at food!

I love soda water with lime. I also like a soda/juice blend from Pelligrino. It's very tart lemon. For a treat, I will have tonic water with lime or an NA beer. I like the Beck's version.

Soda, Cranberry and Lime . . . it's amazing!!

Other than that, I've become quit a green/white tea fanatic, soo much choice and soo little time!!
