At the end now

Hi all. I haven't been here for a while I have been drinking and wrecking mine and everyone else's life!

Lost my wife like I predicted last year, God knows how many work opportunities and somehow I've been lucky enough to find a new woman who loves me. But lying here now with a bad case of the horrors, can't sleep and sweating like you wouldn't believe I know it's time to end all this nonsense. I need to leave alcohol behind me for good this time. Worst case of the fear I've ever had it is terrifying me

Meeting tomorrow and try my hardest. Although the way I feel now I don't know if I'll make tomorrow. So tired but unable to sleep

Welcome back JTimber. Don't be afraid to seek help tonight if it gets too bad. Tomorrow can be a lot better day, stick with us and I hope you can get to a meeting too.

Again...if it's physical don't be afraid to seek medical help. Withdraw can be dangerous, even if it wasn't the last time. Better to be safe than sorry, right? Is someone there with you that knows what's going on?
