Hello there

Hi, I was reading lots of posts here and decided to sign up. I am here mainly because my wife is having some serious substance abuse issues and I am trying to learn as much as I can and get her as much help as she is willing to accept. Things are really bumpy for me right now, I am ready to get this started.

Welcome!

Is your wife seeking help for her addiction? I hope she is.

You will find support for yourself here at SR and you might want to check out AlAnon in your area as well.

Welcome to the family. I would suggest getting some support for yourself, as your wife has to want to get better on her own. It's good that you want to help her, just remember that she has to want it for herself. We have a forum for friends and family of substance abusers. Might be worth a look.

I'm glad you signed up, Brian. I'm sorry for what you're going through - but you're never alone.
