Improving
 

It is key (I believe) to make sure that not only a foundation is built on strong spirituality, fellowship, faith and the steps but that we attempt to try to grow and integrate different/more ways to improve our foundation before things seem to be monotonous.

For the person on day 1 to the person with decades we have to defend our sobriety as best we can.

Just was on my mind today.
