25 days
Hi everyone
I'm now 25 days sober and the AV is almost silent. I still get the odd craving but I'm staying determined as hell. I can can feel my stomach healing after years of bingeing on spirits and my mind is clearer. When all you can think about is how sick you feel it takes up room from the good thoughts you should have!
Waking up fresh never gets old .

I'm on day 23 and feeling good too. Hangover-free living is worth the price of admission, that's for sure!
