New, looking for healthy connections to help support me
Good evening, I'm new to Sober Recovery.
I've been in and out of AA for about 7 years. I can't seem to get the program to stick and I'm struggling. Looking for support.
I'm increasing my number of meetings from 1 per week to 4 per week starting this week. Hoping to find a sponsor. And hoping to not become overwhelmed with the process yet again.
Looking forward to connecting and making some friends on this site.

Hi OttersIsland - Welcome to SR.com. It sounds like you're in the right place. This site has monthly support 'classes' for people getting newly sober each month.
