The battle begins
Thank everyone for your support. I cant almost believe how well im feeling. Ive actually been sleep. I have no energy what so ever but at least i can eat and sleep. I cant wait till this is over. I can finally be happy and not feel so guilty.

Trust me, you'll be glad you made this decision. The first few days are the hardest. Just keep telling yourself that you will get through it and you will not drink. Rest, eat, stay hydrated, read...do anything that makes you feel good EXCEPT for picking up that drink!

Congrats on your decision to better your life in recovery. I highly suggest joining and actively participating in the Class of June 2017 thread found on this same forum. It's a great way to learn from and help others who are newly sober.
