Groovy day 70!
Just checking in to say hello 😊
Life is good - normal stresses and strains like work and kids but feel great! Just managed my first 5km run which I'm very pleased about !
My dark mood has gone which had lasted for quite a few weeks
In bed seeing off another Friday - hate Friday nites .. my AV goes into cunning mode end of every week! Well I ain't daft anymore!
Still log on here at least 10 times a day for support - even if I don't post it's so helpful being with you good folk!

Good job on the 5K...I did Couch 2 5K last year and even managed to jog 10K once!!!! I've slacked on jogging the last month or so...need to get out for a jog this weekend before I totally lose my stamina!!!!!
