I smell like booze after almost a week?
At day 5, my best friend (female) told me I smell like old beer. I've never been told that, but maybe I'm excreting what's left in my bloodstream through my pores when I sweat? She told me right after I took a shower, so it came across as weird. I can't smell it, but how long does this take to dissipate?

you had a super stressful day and worked in very hot weather. i suspect all those things conspired - so you have toxins, lactic acids, stress hormones, the whole nine yards.

Use it as an excuse to really look after yourself. Buy some nice bath bombs and take lovely baths with candles everywhere. Splash out on cologne. Buy some lovely scented body lotion. Get a hair cut at a salon, maybe a nice massage. Doesn't matter if you are a guy or girl. Be indulgent to yourself and get feeling sparkly

This may sound crazy but I found my clothes had smelled like the booze I had excreted when I was drinking. I took my closet out and washed everything and the smell seemed to dissipate.

I smelled horrible for the first 2 weeks. No one said they noticed, but I think they were being kind. Plus, I work in the medical profession, so there were always other, more offensive smells to compete with mine. :P
