FINALLY done it!
 

I finally had the courage to take my medication for the anxiety, i was so damn scared which is silly but ive done it!

So now i CANT drink even if i wanted to, the pills im on are somewhat controversial due to their effects but im trusting my doctor :)

Just thought id update.

That is great news!! I take meds for anxiety as well and it is well worth the quest to find what works for you. We are worth it!!

Day 2 no booze, feel a LITTLE calmer, head still racing but i can somewhat use logical thinking when it comes to my intrusive thoughts.....I might just be on the mend :)
